Oh no it doesn't.

I don’t even like pantomime. I find it unsettling. We had a club night last night for BATS which involved reading and acting out a couple of mini-pantos written by one of the company. Ok it was kinda fun. But pantomime has always been a vaguely disturbing arena. The whole, it’s behind you, oh no it isn’t, oh yes it is stuff. I went to one many years ago with Jeremy Beadle in and had the misfortune to sit in the front row. He did this bit of ‘comic business’ which involved removing a shoe from a member of the audience and taking it up on stage. Yes – lucky me! – NOT. It is a supremely bad idea for anyone to take my shoes off in mixed company so he was lucky to get away with his life though whether his olfactory sense was permanently damaged or not I don’t know and don’t like to ask.

It’s a grey day and a grade-A grey day at that! Dull, cold and dreary. Brrrrrr. But the sky is a bit blue with white aeroplane lines on so it’s a bit pretty. Perhaps it’s just me that’s grey. My creativity levels are low at the moment and I’m listless and drifting. Direction-less. Not miz or anything just pensive and waiting.

I have been building a little online shop but so far have only three things in it. It’s all rather fun. I thought it would be a top idea for my new-look website but so far progress on that has been slow as my website manager is busy on other stuff right now. It’s frustrating and I am not the least bit the patient type. But anyhoo here is my shop……….
